You can discover in the ArtikelPro portal which companies have received your articles and find possibly a new target audience for your content.
As a publisher, by entering into an agreement with ArtikelPro, you declare that we represent your publication(s) (non-exclusively) in the business market. Articles are purchased by affiliated MMOs. You can fully (100%) or partially exempt ArtikelPro from the reuse of articles and visual materials.
Copyright applies to all articles, but the rights may not be held by you as a publisher for all articles. For example, if you collaborate with photographers and journalists and have not made agreements for reuse. In that case, we will pay (a percentage of) the copyright fee to Lira and/or Pictoright. You provide this information in the agreement.
Our consultants are happy to explain where and when your content has been used and what compensation you can expect.
ArtikelPro takes a substantial part of the business use of articles from NRC off our hands. We don't have to negotiate separate contracts with hundreds of parties that might want to use our articles. We also don't have to take care of deliveries ourselves. A daily feed to ArtikelPro is sufficient. Periodically, we receive a settlement.

Met uitgevers in ons bestuur zijn wij als ArtkelPro beter in staat de belangen van uitgevers te behartigen. Alle contentcontracten tussen uitgevers en Profactys worden, met hun toestemming, overgezet naar ArtikelPro. Wij benaderen alle uitgevers hiervoor persoonlijk.
DPG Media en Mediahuis zijn medeoprichters en aandeelhouders van ArtikelPro. Deze uitgevers hebben het voortouw genomen voor een loket waarin content van uitgevers op legale wijze beschikbaar is voor zakelijk gebruik. ArtikelPro keert geen dividend uit aan zijn aandeelhouders, zij krijgen op geen enkele manier betaald voor hun bijdrage. Los daarvan hebben DPG Media en Mediahuis ArtikelPro en LexisNexis licenties gegeven voor het leveren van hun content. Daar ontvangen ze net als alle andere aangesloten uitgevers een vergoeding voor. De twee uitgevers willen een gelijke markt voor iedereen en een eerlijke vergoeding uit de monitoringsmarkt voor uitgevers.
Als een media monitoringorganisatie misbruik maakt van content van een uitgever die bij ArtikelPro is aangesloten, zullen we deze MMO sommeren dit misbruik te staken. Indien nodig zullen we ook de desbetreffende uitgever(s) in kennis stellen van het misbruik. Zo proberen we voor iedereen een level playing field te creëren waarin dezelfde rechten en plichten gelden. Dit geldt met name voor het illegaal scrapen van online bronnen.
